Open your billing page and review payment records.
What to do
Open Account → Subscriptions, then Payment details & invoices. The billing portal shows available payment methods and invoices for your account. A Free account may have no saved payment method or invoice history.
Good to know
If checkout does not finish, check your account status before trying again. A bank authorization is not always a completed subscription. For duplicate or unexpected charges, contact support with the date and receipt; never send full card details.
