Open Billing and subscriptions to compare plans or manage cancellation. Read the review screen for the amount due, effective date and renewal status. A scheduled change is not the same as an immediate change.
Good to know
Please check /terms for refund eligibility. The existing policy includes unused credit top-ups within 14 days; this is not a blanket refund guarantee for generated media. Statutory rights still apply. Submit a support ticket for a payment review.
